Essential Qualification:

• Graduation in Science/ Technology/ Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics with an MBA
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Government/ Corporate/ Startup/ high-quality development organizations

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Project/ Program Management
• Experience in Business Development/ Resource Mobilization
• Competence in Finance and Accounting
• Ability in Monitoring and Evaluation
• Capability in forming Strategic Alliances
• Experience with Training and Capacity Building
• Knowledge of Entrepreneurship and technology commercialization

Desired Work Experience:

• Previous work in an incubation center, start-up creation, and fundraising
• Expertise in business and financial planning, including financial modeling
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: strategy development, governance, legal structures, and team building

Exceptional Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and foster a dynamic start-up environment

Knowledge Base:

• Familiarity with national and regional stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Understanding of Government policies, Intellectual Property Rights, and commerce practices
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language of Assam
