Essential Qualification:
- Graduation in Science/ Technology/ Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics with an MBA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Government/ Corporate/ Startup/ high-quality development organizations
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Project/ Program Management
- Experience in Business Development/ Resource Mobilization
- Competence in Finance and Accounting
- Ability in Monitoring and Evaluation
- Capability in forming Strategic Alliances
- Experience with Training and Capacity Building
- Knowledge of Entrepreneurship and technology commercialization
Desired Work Experience:
- Previous work in an incubation center, start-up creation, and fundraising
- Expertise in business and financial planning, including financial modeling
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: strategy development, governance, legal structures, and team building
Exceptional Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead projects independently and foster a dynamic start-up environment
Knowledge Base:
- Familiarity with national and regional stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Understanding of Government policies, Intellectual Property Rights, and commerce practices
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language of Assam
