Tezpur University Assam is seeking eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the DST-SERB sponsored research project titled “Roads to Statistical Equilibrium”. This project, led by Dr. Diana Thongjaomayum, Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, invites applications for this exciting opportunity.

Qualification:
- First-class Master’s degree in Physics from a recognized University
- Specialization in Condensed Matter Physics preferred
- UGC-CSIR NET/GATE or equivalent exams completed
Age Limit: Not more than 28 years as on the last date of receipt of application

Pay Scale:
- 1st and 2nd year: Rs. 31,000/- per month plus 8% House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- 3rd year: Rs. 35,000/- per month plus 8% HRA
- Admissible as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) as per rules.
