The Directorate of Civil, Defence and Home Guards, Assam has recently released an official recruitment notification regarding the recruitment of 251 Havildar (Grade III), Constable (Grade III) and Platoon Commander Vacancy under the Directorate of Civil, Defence and Home Guards.

Name of Post: Havilder (Grade III)

Salary: Rs. 14,000 – Rs. 60,500 + Grade Pay Rs. 6,800 (PB: 2)
Educational Qualification: H.S.L.C or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council.
Other Qualification: Minimum NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
Note: The persons having H.S.L.C. passed certificate but not possessing minimum NCC ‘B’ Certificate are not eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent stream from a recognized College / Institutions affiliated to a recognized University.
Other Qualification: NCC ‘B’ Certificate OR Home Guards Training Certificate.
