National Law University and Judicial Academy (NLUJA) Assam is seeking eligible candidates for Guest Faculty Member positions in Law and Field Assistant roles. Applications are invited for these teaching positions and career opportunities at the university.
Name of post: Guest Faculty Member of Law (Specializations: Cyber Law, BL, IL, IPR, CR, CN, EL; Pol. Science; Sociology etc.)
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a relevant/allied subject from an Indian or accredited foreign university.
- Additionally, clearing the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or similar accredited tests like SLET/SET. Candidates with a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
OR
Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked among the top 500 in World University Rankings by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), Times Higher Education (THE), or Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai) at any time.
Guest Faculty of Law will receive remuneration of INR 1,500/- per class.

Selection Procedure:
A walk-in-interview is scheduled for January 11, 2024, starting from 10:00 a.m. onwards at the 1st Floor, Administrative Block, NLUJA, Assam.

Job responsibility: The Field Assistant is to provide support to IPR Chair in undertaking field
work altogether with data collection and also data analysis etc.
Qualification: Candidates holding a graduate degree in any field.
Pay Scale: Rs. 10,000/- per month.
Selection Procedure: A walk-in-interview will be held on 08.01.2024 from 12.00 noon onwards in Administrative Block, NLUJA, Assam
