NIT Silchar, Assam, seeks eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on a contract basis for a CSIR-sponsored project titled “Investigation and Analysis of Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (TFET) for the Low Noise, Ultra-low power Analog/RF circuit design” in the Department of ECE.
Established in 1967 as a Regional Engineering College, NIT Silchar became a National Institute of Technology in 2002 and holds the status of Institute of National Importance under the National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007.
