National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) Assam is seeking applications for various contractual positions including State Consultant, Project Assistant, and Secretarial Assistant. The engagement is purely on a contractual basis, with the possibility of extension. Candidates selected will need to sign an agreement with NIOS and may be required to work anywhere in India as per assigned duties.
i) Name of post: State Consultant

Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Health Sciences, Public Health, or MBA (HR).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training coordination at State/District level.
Preferences:
- Candidates with experience in the health sector or training in health-related subjects will be given preference.
Pay Scale: Rs. 35,000/- per month
Age Limit: Not more than 62 years

ii) Name of post: Project Assistant

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate with a diploma in Computer Application.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry operations.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16,000/- per month
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
iii) Name of post Secretarial Assistant
No. of posts: 1
Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
- Completion of 12th grade.
- Office work experience.
- Knowledge of Secretarial practices.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15,000/- per month
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
