The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Assam has recently released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 06 Accountant, Computer Operator, Junior Administrative Assistant and Grade IV Staff vacancies in the State Office of Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan.

DTE Assam Recruitment 2023 Details
1. Name of Post: Accountant
No. of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification:
- M.Com from a recognised University with minimum 55% marks or equivalent Grade
- Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 06 months duration with good knowledge of Tally Software
Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant post educational qualification working experience in Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Management for large scale programmes/projects, etc in reputed institutions/organisations
Preference shall be given to candidates having:
- Experience of working in Government programmes or externally aided projects.
- Knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST & other Taxations.
Salary: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 49,000 + Rs. 7,400 Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible
2. Name of Post: Computer Operator
No. of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification: BCA/ B.Sc.(IT)/ B.Tech.(IT) or equivalent degree from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent Grade
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of post educational qualification experience in IT domain specially in preparing IT strategy/e-governance/ rolling IT implementation/ MIS, Data Analytics.
Preference shall be given to applicants having Experience in procurement of IT equipment
Salary: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 49,000 + Rs. 6,200 Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible
3. Name of Post: Junior Administrative Assistant (Accounts)
No. of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Institute or University with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Grade.
- Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 06 (six) months duration with good knowledge of Tally software.
Experience:
- Minimum 02 years of relevant post educational qualification experience in Budgeting/ Financial Management/ Accounts and Audit in the Government or the corporate sector.
Preference shall be given to applicants:
- Working in similar capacity in Government projects /PSU /Externally aided projects.
- Having experience of working with Tally software.
- Having knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST & other Taxations.
Salary: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 49,000 + Rs. 5,600 Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible
4. Name of Post: Junior Administrative Assistant
No. of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream from a recognized Institute or university with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Grade.
- Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 06 (six) months duration with good knowledge of MS-Office, Internet, e-mail etc.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant post Educational Qualification experience in the Government or the Corporate Sector in Office Administration/ File Management/ Office Correspondence
Salary: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 49,000 + Rs. 5,600 Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible
5. Name of Post: Grade IV Staff
No. of Posts: 02
Educational Qualification: HSLC or equivalent examination passed with minimum 45% marks (Maximum Educational Qualification Higher Secondary pass) in any stream from a recognized Institute/ Board
Experience: Preference shall be given to applicants having experience in Government/ Private sector
Salary: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 37,000 + Rs. 3,900 Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible
Age Limit for DTE Assam Recruitment 2023
The maximum upper age limit of the candidate shall not exceed 40 years as on 01st January 2022

The online application shall be accompanied by a fee of Rs. 250 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) only for positions at Sl. No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 and Rs. 200 (Rupees Two Hundred) only for position at Sl. No. 5
