Eligibility Criteria:
- L.L.B degree from recognized University/institute, approved by Bar Council of India
- Qualification to be an Advocate under Advocate’s Act, 1961
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in court or legal expertise, preferable government/PSU experience
- Familiarity with company laws, tender/contract legal issues, and NCLT matters
- Retired government servants at US/DS level meeting above criteria can also apply
