Desirable :
- Proficient in leading Operations Shared Services
- Skilled in implementing continuous improvement methodologies in service-oriented environments
- Extensive operational knowledge of Banking Operations
Name of Post: Head of Human Resources

Qualification: Seeking candidates with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA or a Post Graduation specializing in Personnel Management or Human Resources (including areas like Labour Relations, Labour Studies, Organization Development, Organization Behaviour, etc.) from a recognized university by the Government of India/Government bodies/AICTE.
Experience:
- 15+ years of HR expertise, including a minimum of 5 years as an HR Head in a reputable organization with a substantial employee base.
- Preferably, experience in service industries, particularly in the financial services sector.
- Preference for experience within Shared Services entities of BFSI companies.
Name of Post: Head of Technology

Qualification: Seeking candidates with an Engineering Graduate or MCA degree from a recognized university by the Government of India/Government bodies/AICTE. Preference will be given to those with B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Electronics, or Electronics & Communications from recognized universities or institutions.
Preferred Qualification: Post Graduation Diploma in Management / MBA from a University recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years’ IT experience in regulated financial services or technology firms
- At least 4 years leading teams in Datacenters, Networking, and Infrastructure management
- Strong grasp of Banking technology across applications, infrastructure, and security
- Exposure to data sharing and privacy guidelines
Desirable: Experience leading technology in Operations Shared Services setups.

- Maximum – 57 Years
