- Master’s Degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University.
- Ph.D. Degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline(s) with published work evidence.
- Associate Professor/Professor with 15 years of total experience in Teaching/Research/Administration.
- Minimum score as per Academic Performance Indicator (API) in Appendix III for direct recruitment.

- At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Research score of minimum 110 as per UGC guideline dated 18.07.2018.
- 5% relaxation for SC/ST/Differently Abled candidates at Graduate and Master’s Degree levels.
- Upper age limit: 55 years.
- Principal term: Five (5) years.
