1. Name of Post: Lead Project
No. of Post(s): 02
Salary: Rs. 39,000 – Rs. 43,000
Qualifications and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree (preferably in Fisheries Science/ Social Work / Rural Development/ Economics/ MBA & Social Science).
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record of working with Fishery Development/ Community development/ AgriculturalMarketing/ Value addition and processing project especially in livelihood development project.
Responsibility:
- The person will be responsible for the overall coordination, network, planning, execution and liaison for the implementation of the FFPO Project.
- He/she will be required to do all the project related coordination with the Central/ State Govt. departments and the Farmer Producer Organizations and ensure that the “Central Sector Scheme- Formation and Promotion of 10,000 FPOs” getsimplemented as per the plan and schedule (on all parameters-physical, financial and timelines).
- He/she will be responsible for monitoring progress of the Project in the selected blocks in Assam and work for scaling up of the project.

2. Name of Post: Executive Project
No. of Post: 01
Salary: Rs. 23,000 to Rs.30,000
Responsibility:
The Project Executive will assist Manager-Project/ Lead-Project in all aspects of project implementation. This may include ensuring the project stays within the budget, working with staff and other individuals to implement project activities, monitor and report on project, analyse data, make suggested corrections if needed and would also be required to do market survey for market linkages and extensive field level activities.
Core Experience:
- Work experience preferable in sectors of Fisheries Development/ Social/ Community Development/ Entrepreneurship Development Sector/ livelihood projects. Knowledge on business plan development, mentorship etc. is desirable.
- Developing project proposals and documentation
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems
- Excellent computer skills
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
- Ability to work independently with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate Degree, preferably with 3+ years of work Experience in Fisheries/Social/Community Development/ Marketing/ Entrepreneurship Sector. Having experience in carrying out research studies, preparation of Project report, Business plan & report writing of projects
Age Limit: 25 to 35 Years
