Age Limit for CPP-IPR Recruitment 2023
Age Limit: Maximum age limit for general candidates is 35 years for Project Scientific Assistant and 33 years for Project Technicians as of June 30, 2023.
Age Relaxation: The Category-wise Age Relaxation for SC/ST/PWD/OBC/Ex-servicemen candidates will be governed as per the rules & guidelines of the Government of India.
Acceptable Age-Proof Documents: The Date of Birth as recorded in the Birth Certificate / Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC)/ Matriculation / Secondary School Certificate/ PAN card/ Aadhaar Card only.
Educational Qualification(s) and Other Eligibility Criteria for CPP-IPR Recruitment 2023

| Project Scientific Assistant | B.Sc. (Major in Chemistry) from a recognized University or equivalent | Experience in handling of laboratory equipments. |
| Project Technician I | HSLC (10th passed) with Industrial Training Institute- ITI certificate in Electrician /Electronic trade | 02 (two) years’ experience in the respective trade. |
| Project Technician II | HSLC (10th) passed with Industrial Training Institute- ITI (Machinist/Turner) certificate | Minimum 02(two) years of practical experience in relevant fields. Practical experience in industrial units/private/public organizations is also acceptable. Knowledge of handling Lathe machines for drilling, cutting, and shaping various items is desirable. |
Nature of Work for CPP-IPR Recruitment 2023

| Project Scientific Assistant | To assist in execution of the project objectives in Low Temperature Plasma Laboratory. |
| Project Technician I | Overall day-to-day maintenance of the experimental system and assist in setting up the laboratory, assistance in installation of various systems, integration of various subsystems, assistance during experimentation, etc. Additionally, he may be needed to do/ fabricate optoelectrical isolator, attenuator, biasing circuit, BNC/ lug connection to the cables, sample preparation, cleaning of plasma chamber, gauges, probes, checking of various minor electrical connections and other works needed for the daily maintenance of the lab. |
| Project Technician II | Overall day-to-day maintenance to upkeep the experimental system & it’s associated systems and assistance in setting up the laboratory, assistance in installation of various systems, integration of various sub-systems, assistance during experiments, etc. Small fabrications with Lathe machine that requires drilling, cutting and shaping of various items to be used in the experiments and other minor fabrication works in the laboratory from time to time. |
