Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with Philosophy/Education and Psychology/Economics from a recognized university.
- OR Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Works/Labour & Social Welfare/Sociology/Anthropology/Criminology from a recognized university.
- OR Graduate in Child Development/Home Science/Nutrition from a recognized university.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 38 years old as of January 1, 2023. There are provisions for relaxation in the upper age limit:
- SC/ST candidates: Up to 43 years (5-year relaxation)
- OBC/MOBC candidates: Up to 41 years (3-year relaxation)
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years for Unreserved, with additional relaxations for OBC/MOBC (3 years) and SC/ST (5 years)
- Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD): 10-year relaxation regardless of category
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam
- PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes
- Employment Exchange Registration certificate of Assam
- These documents will serve as proof of residency along with the online application form

- General Category: Rs. 297.20
- SC/ST/OBC/MOBC: Rs. 197.20
- Below Poverty Line (BPL): Rs. 47.20
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): Rs. 47.20
