Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) is seeking eligible candidates for the position of Hospital Administrator at selected Medical Colleges & Hospitals and District Hospitals on a purely contractual basis. Applications are invited for these administrative positions.

Qualification:
Essential Qualification:
- MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/MSc. Nursing with Obs & Gynae specialization
- Strong written and verbal communication in local language and English
- Computer literacy
- Essential knowledge of government legislation and policies

Experience:
- Minimumexperience of 2 years in Hospital Administration
- Experience should be in Government, Quasi Government, or Government-funded autonomous institutions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Language skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Assamese
- Strong communication abilities, including listening and rapport-building skills
- Mandatory computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Age limit: Not more than 40 years
Pay Scale: Consolidated Pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month.
If the current remuneration of the selected candidate, with a 30% enhancement, falls below Rs. 60,000/- per month, the lower remuneration will be offered.
