These positions are for an ICSSR Research Project called “Tribes of Barak Valley.” The research focuses on understanding the existence, identity, and role of tribal political institutions in the development of tribal communities in the region.

Qualification:
- Post-graduate degree in Social Science (minimum 55%)
- Preferred: NET/M.Phil./Ph.D.
- Proficient in SPSS and other data processing software
- Strong report-writing skills
- Prior experience in a related project area
Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month

Qualification:
- Ph.D./M.Phil./Post-graduate in Social Science (minimum 55%)
- Strong computer skills, proficient in data processing software like SPSS
Salary: Rs. 16,000/- per month
Name of post: Field Investigator
No. of posts: 1
Qualification:
- Post-graduate in Social Science discipline (minimum 55%)
- Minimum two months’ field research experience
Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month
